Shipping Policy
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All orders are processed in the order they are received . Please allow 24 hrs to process your order. Your order should ship within 48 hours after order is processed and you will receive a tracking number along with a followup email, just asking about your experience with us.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. However, if your purchase arrives damaged, please take a picture(s) of the item and box in which it arrived. Email the picture(s) to info@texherbco.com with the subject line “DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL: Order #.” This needs to be done within 24 hours of receiving the item; otherwise, we will not be able to process a refund or return. Most of this stuff is insured by the USPS or UPS, but they love to make claims as difficult as possible. Let’s work together and get these done as quickly as possible.
